  • Requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)
  • Translating business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
  • Workflows, and conceptual mock-ups
  • Product demos and internal training sessions
  • SME-level expertise and customer support
  • Collaboration with developers, QA, and cross-functional teams
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to handle client queries and support issues.
  • Reporting and tracking project metrics
  • Preparing stakeholder reports and presentations
  • Strong learning ability and adaptability
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and opportunities
  • Research and analytical skills to track industry advancements and market trends
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
